Question 1

Who is Lobby Leverage for, and what does it offer?

Accepted Answer

Lobby Leverage is for automotive dealership Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and General Managers / Dealer Principals. It offers role-guided workshops, lessons, resources, authored practice, and reinforcement for the customer conversation and the work around it.

Question 2

What is in the current training library, and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

The current library has five workshops—Welcome Well, Coach the Moment, Carry the Close, The Vehicle Experience, and Celebrate—eleven core lessons, eight attached resources, and 48 authored practice questions across eight role banks. Celebrate also has 18 session-only practice scenarios. Coach the Moment is for Sales Managers and General Managers / Dealer Principals, not Sales Representatives. Training is organized by role and includes workshops, lessons, and resources. Practice includes prompts, role-play, three-choice response feedback, takeaways, saved lessons, and learner progress and history. Completing a lesson, practice scenario, or fieldwork task is practice and does not prove guest impact or certification. Learner progress and history are preserved when paid access pauses. Visit the training library for the available learning experience.

Question 3

How do I access training, and what if my access is not active?

Accepted Answer

You can sign in or create an account to get started. Access to training requires an active Individual subscription, authorized dealership membership, or other approved access. Creating an account alone does not grant training access. Platform Owners and other approved grants can provide access when authorized. If your login works but training access is not active, contact program support or your dealership administrator. You can also email Lobby Leverage with access, billing, or dealership questions.

Question 4

What are the Individual and Single Dealership plans?

Accepted Answer

Individual is $10 per month for one person. Single Dealership is $150 per month for one dealership location. Both are monthly subscriptions in USD. Dealer groups and multiple locations can contact us to discuss scope. Sign in to choose a plan and continue to secure checkout.

Question 5

What does a Single Dealership plan cover?

Accepted Answer

A Single Dealership plan or account covers one dealership location. The purchaser names the location and manages billing once eligible dealership administration is established. After payment is verified, the named location, the purchaser’s eligible dealership membership, and approved training access are available within those limits. A second location requires separate scope.

Question 6

How do billing, cancellation, invoices, and payment details work?

Accepted Answer

From the signed-in dashboard, the secure billing portal manages the subscription and available cancellation options. The eligible purchaser or dealership administrator handles dealership billing. Invoices and payment details are in the portal. Check the portal for the effective date and available options before confirming. For refund or timing questions, contact program support or email Lobby Leverage.

Question 7

What can a General Manager or dealership administrator manage?

Accepted Answer

For an eligible own-rooftop membership, the GM Control Center supports membership management, including suspending and restoring access; assigning eligible lessons and workshops; viewing completed lesson and assignment progress; and reviewing recorded activity in 7-, 30-, and 90-day views when tracking is available. Platform Owners can also use these controls. Empty ranges remain empty and unavailable tracking is shown honestly.

Question 8

How do the seven Guest Moments relate to dealership work?

Accepted Answer

The seven Guest Moments are Welcome, Discover, Match, Experience, Transparency, Celebrate, and Continue, in that order. Movement back is flexible as needs change. Transparency applies throughout, especially at decisions, so price, terms, timing, and concerns stay clear. The moments complement a dealership’s sales process; they do not replace it. Current training coverage is partial: Experience and Celebrate each have a mapped lesson for part of their standards, but neither mapping represents full manual/module coverage or certification eligibility.

Question 9

Does the program provide certification, and how can teams use it?

Accepted Answer

Lobby Leverage provides an internal Level 1 evidence-reviewed readiness path, not external accreditation. Eligibility requires complete source modules or documented make-up practice, fieldwork, human-reviewed written knowledge, two assessed role-plays, two manager observations within 30 days, complete behavior coverage, and review. Issuance is currently disabled while the owner validity policy, qualified assessor/reviewer scope, and customer-agreed retention remain unconfigured. Practice, subscription, or a pass decision alone never promises a credential or a sales, CSI, ROI, or guest-outcome result. Review certification readiness

The useful details, before the next conversation.
